B.A.M.S. (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) is a 5.5-year undergraduate medical degree in the field of Ayurvedic Medicine. The course includes 4.5 years of academic study and 1 year of compulsory internship.

- Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board.
- Subjects required in 12th: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English.
- Minimum aggregate marks in PCB: 50% for General category, 40% for SC/ST/OBC categories (as per most norms)
- Candidates must qualify the NEET-UG exam for admission.
- Minimum age should be 17 years on or before 31st December of the admission year.
- There is no upper age limit for B.A.M.S. admission (as per current regulations).
