The Master of Journalism and Mass Communication (MJMC) is a postgraduate program designed to develop advanced knowledge and practical skills in journalism, media, and communication. Eligibility Requirements for Admission:

Candidates seeking admission to the Master of Journalism and Mass Communication (MJMC) program must fulfill the following eligibility requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • A minimum of 45–50% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination, as prescribed by the respective university.
  • Admission may be based on merit or an entrance examination, followed by an interview or counseling, depending on the institution's admission policy.
  • Reserved category candidates may receive relaxation in minimum marks according to government or university regulations.

Course Duration:

The Master of Journalism and Mass Communication (MJMC) is a 2-year postgraduate program divided into 4 semesters. The course combines classroom learning with practical training, including projects, internships, workshops, and media production, to provide students with both theoretical knowledge and professional skills in journalism and mass communication.
